Article 3 — Products
Courses are digital content accessible online, at your own pace. Depending on the course, the purchase may grant access to a learning path and/or a certifying assessment on quiz.euduc.com, by means of an access code sent after payment. The essential features of each course are presented on its page.
Article 4 — Price and payment
Prices are shown in euros, VAT not applicable (art. 293 B of the French Tax Code). Payment is made online by bank card through our secure payment provider (Stripe). The order is confirmed once payment is verified. An invoice is sent electronically.
Article 5 — Order and access
Creating an EUDUC account is required to place an order. Once payment is confirmed, access to the course and, where applicable, the access code for the certifying assessment are made available (on screen and by email). Access is strictly personal.
Article 6 — Right of withdrawal (digital content)
In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the consumer is in principle entitled to a 14-day period to exercise their right of withdrawal.
However, pursuant to Article L221-28, 13° of the French Consumer Code, this right cannot be exercised for the supply of digital content not provided on a tangible medium where performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and their express waiver of their right of withdrawal.
Accordingly, by requesting immediate access to the course at the time of purchase, the customer :
- gives their express consent to the immediate start of performance (opening of access);
- acknowledges that they lose their right of withdrawal as soon as access to the content is opened.
As long as access has not been opened, the customer retains their 14-day right of withdrawal and may exercise it by email at infos@euduc.com; they are then refunded.
Article 7 — Availability and support
EUDUC implements reasonable means to ensure access to the service. In the event of access difficulties, the customer may contact infos@euduc.com.
Article 8 — Complaints and consumer mediation
For any complaint, contact us at infos@euduc.com.
In accordance with Articles L611-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the consumer customer may use a consumer ombudsman free of charge for the amicable resolution of a dispute:
A consumer ombudsman will be appointed when online sales open (the website is currently in a pre-launch phase, with no paid transactions).
EUDUC will join an approved consumer mediation body before sales begin; its exact details (name + website) will be provided above.
Article 9 — Personal data
Data processing is described in the Privacy Policy.
Article 10 — Governing law
These T&Cs are governed by French law. Failing an amicable resolution, disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the competent courts.
