Data controller
The data controller is EUDUC, a sole proprietorship operated by Jimmy FELIX, 142, rue de Rivoli, 75001 Paris, France. Contact: infos@euduc.com.
Data collected
- Account: last name, first name, email address, password (stored encrypted / hashed).
- Orders: courses purchased, amount, date. Bank card details are never stored by EUDUC: they are processed directly by our payment provider (Stripe).
- Usage & security: connection logs (IP address, browser) for security purposes.
- Communications: messages sent through our contact forms.
Purposes and legal bases
- Management of the single EUDUC ecosystem account and access to courses — performance of the contract.
- Order processing and invoicing — performance of the contract and legal obligation.
- Sending news / newsletters — consent (revocable at any time).
- Service security and fraud prevention — legitimate interest.
Recipients
Your data is intended for EUDUC and its strictly necessary subprocessors: the host (Hostinger), the payment provider (Stripe) and the certification platform of the same ecosystem (quiz.euduc.com). It is never sold.
Retention periods
- Account data: for as long as the account is active, then archived/deleted.
- Invoices and accounting data: 10 years (legal obligation).
- Marketing data (newsletter): until consent is withdrawn.
Transfers outside the European Union
Some providers (e.g. Stripe) may process data outside the EU; these transfers are governed by appropriate safeguards (European Commission standard contractual clauses).
Your rights
You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability. To exercise them: infos@euduc.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
